Jamel Belgacem ("we", "us", "our") operates the SwissTaxi Exam mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data when you use our app.

1. Data Stored Locally

All data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate any servers and do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data externally. The following data is stored locally on your device:

• Language preference (French, German, or Italian)
• Practice question count (number of free questions used)
• Exam history (scores, dates, and answers from past exams)
• Premium purchase status (stored securely in your device's encrypted keychain)

2. No Data Collection

SwissTaxi Exam does not:

• Collect personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Track your location
• Use analytics or tracking services
• Send data to external servers
• Use cookies or similar technologies
• Share data with third parties

3. In-App Purchases

The app offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full question bank. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.

Your purchase status is verified through the respective app store and stored securely in your device's encrypted keychain (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences).

4. Data Security

We take your data security seriously:

• Premium purchase status is stored using encrypted secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences)
• Exam scores are verified from source data to prevent tampering
• No sensitive data is stored in plain text

5. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the application. On iOS, deleting the app will also remove all associated data from your device's keychain.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for adults preparing for a professional taxi driver examination. It is not directed at children under 17.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
